We package our giftboxes with love and care, but if in the unlikely event a giftbox arrives in a damaged and/or unusable condition, please contact us with details and photos, and we will arrange a replacement straight away (stock depending). If a product is no longer available, and there is not an alternative you would like, then we will arrange a refund. Please note we require the item to be returned to us before the return is issued.
Following Government guidance on online selling, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item, even if the product is not faulty or damaged. You must contact us via email at email@example.com and you will then have 14 days in which to return the order to us, in an unused and undamaged condition. From the date of receipt of the goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
