Q Can I send my giftbox direct to the recipient?

A Yes, you will have the option to put different delivery and billing addresses. Any special notes we need to be aware of (e.g. with doorstep drops in Sheffield), please detail this when placing your order or email us and we'll be happy to help.

Q How long will my order take to be dispatched and delivered? 

 

A We will post orders within 2 working days of receipt. Any urgent requests, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Q Can I include a personal message in the giftbox?

A Yes, we offer a personalised kraft notecard free of charge if you wish. Please tell us if you would like this option and detail the exact message you want to include in the comments section within the checkout. We will put the card inside the giftbox. Please note, we will copy the message exactly as typed, so please check it carefully before submitting.

Q Who are the independent businesses you work with?

Q What makes your giftboxes eco-conscious?

A We have carefully selected suppliers that are working to reduce their environmental impact, and products that are less harmful in their creation, use and disposal.

In terms of packaging, our reusable boxes are made from recycled cardboard and filled with kiln-dried wood shreddings. Wrapped with care using biodegradable and compostable raffia ribbon, our luggage tags are stamped using acid-free, non-toxic ink. Giftboxes are posted using kraft wrapping and paper tape.

We do not profess to be zero-waste, however all of the product packaging can be reused and/or recycled. Please see the giftbox descriptions for specific information on each product.

Q How are you responding to COVID-19?

A We are following Government guidance around online selling and continue to monitor the situation adjust our practices accordingly.
